They are knowledgeable, experienced, professional, down-to-earth, and genuinely personable; a real pleasure to work with. In a challenging market that can at times feel like a roller-coaster, we felt they had our best interests at heart at every step and it was so nice to know we were in good hands. They are honest, skilled at reading people and situations, and excellent at keeping multiple balls in the air as well as navigating negotiations with clarity and care. We trusted them completely. Communication is one of their strongest suits. They were consistently available, quick to respond, and truly listened to what we wanted. They struck a perfect balance between making us feel looked after and being efficient with everyone’s time. We also appreciated their thoughtful staging advice, which helped us present our home in the best possible light.
